On July 3rd 2011, I bought a six artillery shell from this fireworks stand. I followed instructions, and the artillery failed to launch up from the ground and exploded. Thankfully no one was hurt.
After this, me and my friends decided to go back to the stand and let the workers know what happened. They were extremely helpful and not only replaced the bad fireworks, they gave us a free upgrade from the shells we bought! After returning home, we set off the new ones and had a great time. Just wanted to say thank you for the tremendous service. There are definitely bigger stands out there, but I’ll be returning to this one every year because good service with a smile goes a long way and is becoming harder and harder to find. I recommend this stand above all others. Thanks guys
